NOVELTY - The micro speaker comprises transparent piezoelectric cellulose paper provided with a transparent electrode on both sides. The transparent electrode comprises indium tin oxide, conductive polymer, and at least one of carbon nanotube composite and graphene. USE - Micro speaker for mobile apparatus, e.g., cellular phone. ADVANTAGE - Micro speaker is thin and transparent, thus enabling integration on surface of mobile apparatus having flat panel display. Achieves constructive interference, thus enabling directivity to be implemented. Speaker is easily bendable due to frame structure having circular or curved surface, thus further achieving directivity. Fabrication cost is low since micro speaker comprises cellulose, which is biodegradable and biocompatible, and piezoelectric paper which is environment-friendly.
