NOVELTY - Preparation of glass fiber/graphene-nano-diamond/epoxy multi-dimensional hybrid composite material involves mechanically mixing graphene-nano-diamond containing epoxy resin polymer and 20-25 g silane coupling agent-treated glass fiber, ultrasonically processing at 60-100 degrees C for 1-12 hours, adding 40-50 g organic anhydride curing agent, adding resultant curing system into a mold, and curing-molding at 100-250 degrees C. USE - Preparation of glass fiber/graphene-nano-diamond/epoxy multi-dimensional hybrid composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides glass fiber/graphene-nano-diamond/epoxy multi-dimensional hybrid composite material having excellent conductivity and thermal performance, with high productivity without affecting the environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of glass fiber/graphene-nano-diamond/epoxy multi-dimensional hybrid composite material involves immersing 1-1x 102 g dried glass fiber in an aqueous solution of 5% silane coupling agent for 30 minutes, removing, placing in an oven, baking at 120 degrees C for 2 hours, removing water on glass fiber, obtaining silane coupling agent-treated glass fiber, ultrasonically treating graphene-nano-diamond and 1-1x 104 ml strong oxidizing acid, at 1-120 kHz for 1-50 hours, heating at 25-120 degrees C, stirring, refluxing for 1-50 hours, filtering in ultrafiltration membrane, repeatedly washing until the solution is neutral, vacuum-drying at 25-200 degrees C for 1-48 hours, obtaining acidified graphene-nano-diamond, mixing 1-1022 g graphene oxide-nanodiamond and 10-1x 104 g acylation reagent, ultrasonically processing for 1-120 kHz for 0.1-10 hours, heating the mixture at 25-220 degrees C, stirring, refluxing for 0.5-100 hours, suction-filtering, repeatedly washing to remove acylation reagent, obtaining acylated graphene-nanodiamond, dripping 1-1x 102 g acylated graphene-nanodiamond and 1-100 g aromatic acid anhydride compound to a polar organic solvent ice bath with stirring, increasing the temperature to 100-150 degrees C for 3-12 hours, washing unreacted aromatic anhydride compound using polar organic solvent, vacuum-drying at 40-80 degrees C for 3-12 hours, obtaining graphene-nanodiamond with anhydride groups, mixing 1-1x 102 g graphene-nano-diamond with anhydride group and 10-1x 104 g epoxy resin, increasing the temperature to melt the resin matrix, uniformly dispersing by stirring, degassing under vacuum, carrying out chemical crosslinking reaction, obtaining graphene-nano-diamond containing epoxy resin polymer, mechanically mixing obtained product and 20-25 g silane coupling agent-treated glass fiber, ultrasonically processing at 60-100 degrees C for 1-12 hours, adding 40-50 g organic anhydride curing agent, adding resultant curing system into a mold, and curing-molding at 100-250 degrees C.
