▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing resin-based composite material filled with high heat-conducting three-dimensional framework foam comprises (i) processing surface of three-dimensional framework foam piece by cleaning agent and metal degreasing agent, using water and ethanol respectively for ultrasonic cleaning and drying; (ii) using cleaning agent and metal degreasing agent to process anode of metal sheet, using water and ethanol respectively ultrasonic cleaning, drying; (iii) configuring electro-deposition liquid, using electro-deposition device to adjust temperature of the electro-deposition, time, current and stirring speed, electrically separating metal anode from metal ion to deposit on three-dimensional framework foam piece; and (iv) copolymerizing three-dimensional framework foam after electro-deposition by resin system by liquid-phase vacuum dipping, controlling dipping time and temperature, after finishing dipping, solidifying and forming composite material at normal temperature. USE - The resin-based composite material filled with high heat-conducting three-dimensional framework foam is useful in central processing unit heat dissipation, display card radiating, phase change energy storage material, light emitting diode and infrared burner panel ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the heat conductivity coefficient and the friction resistance of the composite heat-conducting material filled by the pure three-dimensional framework foam by the method of electro-deposition and vacuum impregnation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for resin-based composite material filled with high heat-conducting three-dimensional framework foam, is prepared by the above preparation method.
