▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Polyamide and graphene oxide combined photoelectric material prepared by acylating chlorination of graphene oxide, diamine, dibasic acid, calcium chloride, pyridine and triphenyl phosphate, is claimed, where the mass ratio of the graphene oxide to diamine is 0.0017-1:1, the mole ratio of the diamine to calcium chloride is 0.8-1:1, the mole ratio of calcium chloride to diamine is 1-3:1, the volume ratio of pyridine and diamine is 0.8-2 ml:1 mmole, and the volume ratio of triphenyl phosphate and diamine is 1-5 ml:1 mmole. USE - Used as polyamide and graphene oxide combined photoelectric material. ADVANTAGE - The polyamide and graphene oxide combined photoelectric material can be rapidly prepared with high reduction reversibility and high sensitivity.
