NOVELTY - The sample carrying device has a beaker fixing support (1) for placing a beaker (12) filled with a composite resin material sample. An adjusting mechanism is connected to the upper end of the beaker fixing support and consists of a connecting rod fixing slide block (3) to carry out horizontal position adjustment on the beaker support and a vertically movable connecting rod (5) to carry out vertical position adjustment on the beaker support. One end of the vertically movable rod is connected with the upper end of the beaker support, and the other end penetrates through the connecting rod fixing slide block. A supporting mechanism is internally placed and suspended with the beaker support and is composed of a direct-current bipolar head electromagnet (10) positioned at the bottom end and a device mounting frame (4) clamped above the electromagnet. A clamping groove for clamping and placing a connecting rod fixing sliding block is formed in the middle of the device mounting frame. USE - Sample carrying device for direct current bipolar head electromagnet used in the preparation process of nano/organic resins (such as graphene/polydimethylsiloxane) and magnetic particles/organic resin (such as ferric oxide/silicone rubber) composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The sample carrying device can be installed on bipolar head electromagnets of different sizes, and can be applied to different pole spacings. The surface of the device integrates a heating module and a temperature sensor. Through the control system, the timing of the heating and curing of the material and the real-time monitoring of the temperature are realized, which greatly facilitates the preparation of composite material.
