NOVELTY - Graphene composite polypropylene master batch comprises 10-29 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. cationic surfactant, 15-30 pts. wt. filler, 1-2 pts. wt. microcrystalline cellulose, 10-30 pts. wt. solvent, 1-3 pts. wt. silicone, 1 to 4 pts. wt. plant polyphenols, where the filler is aluminum oxide, aluminum powder, titanium dioxide or pyrophyllite powder. The solvent is ethanol or acetone. The graphene is 3-10 layers of graphene. USE - Graphene composite polypropylene master batch for preparing a graphene composite polypropylene fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite polypropylene master batch effectively improves the overall performance of polypropylene fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing a graphene composite polypropylene masterbatch, which involves performing ultrasonic dispersion, adding the solvent to sodium polyacrylate and stirring; adding the plant polyphenols to the solution, and continuously stirring for 1-2h; adding the filler and microcrystalline cellulose to the solution obtained and stirring uniformly; adding cationic surfactant to the solution, adding the graphene after uniformly dispersing, and adding silica gel after stirring for 1-4 hours; stirring for 0.5-1 h, drying at 50-70 degrees C to obtain graphene composite PP masterbatch; (2) a graphene composite PP fiber, which comprises 10-25 pts. wt. graphene composite PP masterbatch, 70-90 pts. wt. PP, 30-40 pts. wt. solvent and 2-5 pts. wt. surfactant, where solvent is esters or alcohols or one of various mass ratios, alcohol is methanol, ethanol or propanol and esters are ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, or isopropyl acetate; (3) a method for preparing a graphene composite PP fiber, which involves heating and melting the half of the graphene composite PP master batch to obtain the graphene composite PP masterbatch melt; dissolving PP in the solvent, adding the anionic surfactant and stirring; adding the solution dropwise to the graphene composite PP masterbatch solution under stirring conditions; extruding solution and stretching into filaments to obtain PP filaments; melting other half graphene composite PP masterbatch to obtain a graphene composite PP masterbatch solution, and passing PP yarn is uniformly through the graphene composite PP masterbatch solution to obtain a PP filament coated with the graphene composite PP masterbatch; and (4) rolling PP yarn into a ball, remelting, and extruding into a graphene composite PP fiber.
