▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene and quantum dot co-doped polymer comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. semiconductor quantum dot, 20-74 pts. wt. photosensitive polymer, and 1-5 pts. wt. photoinitiator. USE - The co-doped polymer is useful in a random laser (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The co-doped polymer: has good light stability and easy adjustment of the emission band, low laser emission threshold. The method: is simple, and is economical; and has short production cycle, and has broad commercialization prospects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene and quantum dot co-doped polymer comprising (a) blending photosensitive polymer and photoinitiator to form mixed solution, (b) adding semiconductor quantum dots to the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain solution A, (c) adding graphene to mixed solution A and stirring to obtain solution B, and (d) curing the solution B by using ultraviolet light.
