NOVELTY - A packaging material comprises 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 40-70 pts. wt. barium aluminate nanorods, 4-9 pts. wt. methyl ethoxy silicone oil, 12-18 pts. wt. methylphenyldichlorosilane, 5-10 pts. wt. styrene, 15-30 pts. wt. polyphenylene ether powder, 2-8 pts. wt. bentonite, and 3-9 pts. wt. kaolin. USE - Packaging material used as LED package. ADVANTAGE - The packaging material has improved radiating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the packaging material comprising mixing raw materials, stirring, adding defoamer, vacuum defoaming for 2 hours, curing at 120-140 degrees C, and cooling to room temperature.
