▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A flue gas filtering material comprises modified basalt fiber as substrate, graphene oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite fiber as core layer, and polyimide fiber as upper layer. The modified basalt fiber is basalt fiber processed by acid or alkali etching. USE - Material is used for preparing waste incineration flue filter components used for treating flue gas (all claimed) in landfill, incineration and harmless composting. ADVANTAGE - The flue gas filtering material uses modified basalt fiber, which has high surface roughness, can form fiber with rich pore structure, and increase the contact area with flue gas, while maintaining high-temperature resistance of the fiber layer. The graphene oxide in the core layer can improve the surface appearance of the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber, increase the surface roughness of the polyvinylidene fluoride fiber, form rich pore structures, reduce the filtering resistance of the core layer of the material, and improve the filtering efficiency by utilizing the excellent adsorption performance of the graphene oxide, and improves filtering efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the flue gas filtering material, which involves opening, carding, lapping, needling and compounding each layer of the flue gas filtering material sequentially.
