NOVELTY - High wear-resistant graphene modified natural rubber comprises 100 pts. wt. blended modified natural rubber, 0-3 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide and not 0, 35-65 pts. wt. wear-resistant carbon black, 5-20 pts. wt. other wear-resistant filler, 2-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent RD, 1-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent 4010 NA, 1-4 pts. wt. vulcanizing accelerator, sulfur 1-2 pts. wt., 0.1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 1-7 pts. wt. operating oil. USE - The rubber is useful for tyre and adhesive tape. ADVANTAGE - The rubber: has excellent performance; is prepared by simple and efficient technique and has wide application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high wear-resistant graphene modified natural rubber comprising (a) preparing master batch: uniformly dispersing the modified graphene oxide in the deionized water to obtain the graphene suspension, adding the natural rubber latex to the deionized water in ratio of 15-25%, pouring the graphene suspension into natural latex diluted liquid to stir for 10-30 minutes, flocculating, washing and drying to obtain the master batch and (b) preparing blended glue: mixing the master batch and other rubber in the internal mixer, adding sequentially operating oil, zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent RD, antiaging agent 4010NA, other wear-resistant filler and compatibilizer, adding vulcanizing accelerator on the open mill, mixing again and vulcanizing the rubber on the vulcanizing machine.
