NOVELTY - The composite barium-based grease includes 65-95% lubricating base oil, 5-30% barium complex thickener, and 0.2-15% graphene. USE - Composite barium-based grease. ADVANTAGE - The composite barium-based grease ensures excellent temperature resistance, water and adhesion resistance, colloid stability, extreme pressure abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-salt fog character. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing composite barium-based grease, which involves: (A) mixing base oil, graphene, and low molecular weight polymeric acid at 80-105 degrees C; (B) adding barium hydroxide for performing saponification at 170-220 degrees C; (C) adding the remaining base oil at 100-130 degrees C; and (D) adding necessary additives for milling to form composite barium-based grease.
