▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High-performance organic mine reinforcement material comprises first component and second component. The first component comprises 100-400 pts. wt. isocyanate, 40-50 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide grafted polyaniline, 5-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 3-5 pts. wt. flame retardant and 3-5 pts. wt. catalyst. The second component comprises 50-100 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 10-20 pts. wt. basalt short fiber and 5-10 pts. wt. toughening agent. The first component and second component are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:0.9-1.1 to make the mine reinforcement material. USE - Used as high-performance organic mine reinforcement material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high compressive, tensile and shear strength, low viscosity, strong permeability, low reaction temperature and high flame retardancy; and is suitable for safe reinforcement use of coal seams under mines.
