NOVELTY - Kit comprises a DNA1-feline serum amyloid A (fSAA) antigen conjugate, a DNA2-fSAA antibody conjugate, a DNA3 labeled with acridinium ester (AE), and graphene oxide (GO)-bonded antioxidants (AOD). USE - The kit is useful for detecting fSAA based on homogeneous chemiluminescence immunocompetitive method (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The kit ensures simple and rapid quantitative detection of fSAA with high precision and accuracy, and detects samples need not be diluted. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for detecting fSAA using the kit, which involves (a) mixing different concentrations of calibration solutions or whole blood samples containing fSAA with the test solution in the kit in a volume ratio of 1:10, placing the mixed solution in the HSCL-10000 chemiluminescence meter, and incubating at 37 degrees C for 5 minutes, and (b) adding 200 mu l chemiluminescent substrate through HSCL-10000 chemiluminescence instrument, immediately detecting the chemiluminescence signal of the solution through a photomultiplier tube (PMT) for 3 seconds based on the recorded chemiluminescence value (RLU), and obtaining the fSAA calibration curve and the concentration of fSAA in the test sample.
