▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure has a core structure (2) and an outer layer structure (1). The outer layer structure is wrapped around the core structure in housing shape. A hole is formed in the core structure. The holes are through-type or closed. The shapes of the holes are one or a combination of regular hexagons, circles, rectangles and triangles. The core structure and outer layer structure comprise two of conductive loss materials, dielectric loss materials and magnetic loss materials. The conductive loss material is one or a combination of graphite, carbon black, carbon nanotube, graphene and carbon fiber. The dielectric loss material is one or a combination of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, titanium dioxide, zirconium dioxide, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, manganese oxide, and magnesium oxide. The magnetic loss material is one or a combination of ferrite, metal powder, iron nitride, carbonyl iron powder, and hydroxyl iron powder. USE - Microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure for use as aggregate in asphalt concrete (claimed) used for constructing road. ADVANTAGE - The microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure has good microwave heating performance, strong heat conducting ability, and flexible structure design, and has good adaptability to different use environments. The preparation method has simple process, safety and reliability, convenient operation and low production cost, and realizes precise control of the composition of the material on the microscopic scale. The proportion of microwave loss in the core structure is increased, so that more microwave energy is converted into heat energy, and microwave absorption efficiency and energy conversion efficiency of the microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a partial perspective view of the microwave absorption reinforced aggregate structure. Outer layer structure (1) Core structure (2)
