NOVELTY - Composite material comprises e.g. 3-5 pts. wt. para-aramid fiber, 80-90 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. fluorine resin glue powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethyl alcohol, acetic acid (required amount), 15-20 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylamino pyridine, and 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. USE - Used as composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material improves surface burning state of polytetrafluoroethylene, so as to obviously increase bonding strength, has low wear rate and excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite material comprises 3-5 pts. wt. para-aramid fiber, 80-90 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. silicon carbide fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. steel fiber, 15-20 pts. wt. fluorine resin glue powder, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-10 pts. wt. polystyrene, 5-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 15-20 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH550, 30-40 pts. wt. 95% ethyl alcohol, acetic acid (required amount), 15-20 pts. wt. polyisocyanate JQ-1, 15-20 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 10-15 pts. wt. 4-dimethylamino pyridine, 15-20 pts. wt. dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, and 90-100 pts. wt. water. The carbon fiber is 75-150 mu m in median length, steel fiber is 50-150 mu m in median length, fluorine resin glue powder granularity is 80-200 meshes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material comprising (i) soaking para-aramid fiber with acetone for 8-16 hours, water washing and drying, (ii) adding carbon fiber in 95% alcohol solvent, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, adding acetic acid to regulate pH to 4-5, adding silane coupling agent KH550, stirring for 8-15 hours, using deionized water for washing, vacuum drying, (iii) adding remaining 95% alcohol solvent, glow discharge circuit by plasma technology, oxidizing graphite to oxidation graphene, (iv) adding oxidation graphenen into dimethylformamide, ultrasonicating for 2-3 hours, stirring, in turn adding 4-dimethylaminopyridine, dicyclohexyl carbodiimide and carbon fiber, at room temperature, reacting for 18-36 hours, using deionized water for washing, vacuum drying to obtain oxidation the carbon fiber grafted by graphite alkene, (v) taking capsule powder, adding polyisocyanate JQ-1, stirring uniformly, drying and adding steel fiber, para-aramid fiber, silicon fiber and carbonizing polyphenyl, lasting machine stirring 1-3 hours, water washing, and drying, (vi) adding carbon fiber in oxidation graphene graft, mixture and polyfluortetraethylene together in high speed mixer and uniformly mixing, cold pressing and forming, under air atmosphere, sintering at 360-390 degrees C and forming, diameter is 150-250 mm, thickness is 3-4 mm of plate sample, and (vii) obtained plate-shaped sample dipping and soaking for 4-8 minutes and taking out, drying in baking box of 80-100 degrees C, placing in muffle furnace at 120-200 degrees C and firing for 10-30 minutes, taking out, where the soaking liquid preparation comprises silica grinding, adding remaining polytetrafluoroethylene and silane coupling agent KH550and dispersing in water, ultrasonic dispersing uniformly to obtain the product.
