NOVELTY - The battery has a battery body provided with an anode, a cathode and an outer circuit. The anode is connected with the cathode through an electric way, where the cathode is selected from carbide key cobalt/graphene composite material and coated with a catalyst layer. The catalyst layer is made of carbide key cobalt/graphene composite material, where mix quality percentage of the carbide key cobalt/graphene composite material is 5 wt. %. A carbon paper is covered with nafion material. USE - Micro-biological fuel battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery uniformly loads graphite alkene to directly make a reduction electrode surface of oxygen process, thus obtaining high power density, achieves 4.2W/m3 maximum output power of the battery body and reduces 50 percentage production cost, and is easy to mass production and low in production cost, and has wide range application.
