▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material comprises 65-85 pts. wt. poly(butylene terephthalate), 10-20 pts. wt. graphene micro sheet, 5-15 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 8-14 pts. wt. ethylene methyl acrylate glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 14-20 pts. wt. vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. n-octadecyl β(4-hydroxyphenyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl)propionate. The composite material has network isolation structure. The carbon nanotubes are distributed in the poly(butylene terephthalate) substrate to form an isolation structure. USE - The composite material is useful in the field of electronic components with shielding and heat conduction functions. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material comprising (a) adding the graphene micro sheet into a mixer, heating to 95-105℃, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, adding γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to room temperature to obtain modified graphene micro sheet, (b) adding the carbon nanotubes into the mixer, heating to 95-105℃, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, adding γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, stirring for 0.5-1 hour, cooling to room temperature to obtain modified carbon nanotubes, (c) drying the poly(butylene terephthalate) at 100-115℃ for 2-4 hours, cooling, adding the cooled poly(butylene terephthalate), modified graphene micro sheets, ethylene-methyl acrylate-glycidyl methacrylate terpolymer and n-octadecyl β(4-hydroxyphenyl 3,5-di-tert-butyl)propionate to the mixer, mixing, (d) adding the mixed material in step (c) into a parallel double-screw extruder through a feeder for melting, extruding, granulating, where the process parameter are: the temperature in the first zone is 215-235℃, second zone is 215-235℃, third zone is 220-240℃, fourth zone is 220-240℃, fifth zone is 225-245℃, sixth zone is 225-245℃, seventh zone is 225-245℃, eighth zone is 225-245℃, mold head temperature is 225-245℃, the screw speed is 400-800revolutions/minute, soaking the extruded particles in liquid nitrogen, crushing, drying, screening the particles A with a diameter of 150-350 µm and (e) placing the particle A obtained in step (d) and the vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion in a high-speed stirrer for 5-15 minutes, adding modified carbon nanotubes, continuing mixing for 5-15 minutes, drying the mixture in a vacuum oven at 55-65℃ for 10-14 hours to obtain particle B, placing the dried particle B in a tablet press and hot-pressing to 230-240℃ at 15-20 MPa for 5-15 minutes to obtain the composite material.
