NOVELTY - A modified emulsified asphalt comprises 100 pts. wt. emulsified asphalt, 0.05-0.1 pt. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. modifier, 5-15 pts. wt. modified polyvinyl alcohol solution, 1-4 pts. wt. additives and 0.5-2 pts. wt. retarder. The graphene has a size of 0.5-3 mu m and thickness of 0.05-1.2 nm. USE - Modified emulsified asphalt for repairing and sealing road surface cracks. ADVANTAGE - The modified emulsified asphalt has improved repairing effect, and prevents road surface from being damaged due to water drainage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified emulsified asphalt, which involves mixing graphene, modifier and solvent, drying to obtain water-soluble graphene oxide, adding modified polyvinyl alcohol solution and additives to obtain graphene/polyvinyl alcohol colloidal solution, adding retarder and emulsified asphalt.
