NOVELTY - Cotton-containing non-woven fabric comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 20-30 pts. wt. cotton fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. softener, 6-10 pts. wt. graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, and 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Cotton-containing non-woven fabric. ADVANTAGE - The cotton-containing non-woven fabric improves the light resistance and weather resistance of the cotton fiber, reduces the oxidation rate of the cotton fiber in the sunlight and atmosphere, improves the strength of the cotton fiber, has higher strength, and excellent flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a cotton-containing non-woven fabric, involves: (A) sending the cotton fiber to the carding machine for carding, and then feeding it to the netting machine to lay the net to obtain a cotton fiber web; (B) placing deionized water, graphene and nano-titanium dioxide in a disperser to uniformly dispersing at 1800-2500 revolutions/minute (r/min), and dispersing for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixed solution; (C) immersing the cotton fiber web in the mixed solution for 2-3 hours, and after the immersion is completed, using deionization to repeatedly clean and drying to obtain modified cotton fiber web; (D) mixing and melting polypropylene and softener at a melting temperature of 190-210 degrees C, then uniformly spraying the melted material on the surface of the modified cotton fiber web from the spinneret through an extruder, and the mixed fiber web is obtained after cooling; and (E) spunlacing the mixed fiber web and drying by a spunlace machine to obtain target product.
