NOVELTY - Organic solar cell, comprises substrate, cathode, hybrid cathode interface layer, active layer, anode interface layer, and anode from bottom to top; the hybrid cathode interface layer is composed of crosslinkable organic polymer material (I) as doping material and organic condensed ring N-type material as host material; the organic condensed ring N-type material includes small molecules (II) or (III), higher polymers (IV) or (V), or mixtures; when the organic fused-ring N-type material is high polymer, at least one of the copolymerized units of the high polymer contains an alkyl chain of a water-alcohol-soluble group. USE - The organic solar cell is useful for the hybrid cathode interface layer of R2R (rolling to roll) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The organic solar cell has excellent performance, and exhibits excellent thickness insensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Organic solar cell, comprises substrate, cathode, hybrid cathode interface layer, active layer, anode interface layer, and anode from bottom to top; the hybrid cathode interface layer is composed of crosslinkable organic polymer material of formula (I) as doping material and organic condensed ring N-type material as host material; the organic condensed ring N-type material includes small molecules of formula (II) or (III), higher polymers of formula (IV) or (V), or mixtures; when the organic fused-ring N-type material is high polymer, at least one of the copolymerized units of the high polymer contains an alkyl chain of a water-alcohol-soluble group. RX= crosslinkable group; RY= alkyl chain optionally containing an aryl group, or alkyl chain containing water-alcohol-soluble group; RZ = alkyl chain containing water-alcohol-soluble group; and D = electron-rich donor unit.
