▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing self-supporting gold/reduced graphene oxide composite film, involves (a) cleaning and drying the copper foil, (b) immersing the copper foil in 1-4 mg/ml graphene aqueous solution for 24-72 hours to obtain an in-situ self-assembled reduced graphene oxide film on the surface of the copper foils, (c) soaking the obtained reduced graphene oxide membrane into 0.1-1 M hydrochloric acid solution, separating reduced graphene oxide membranes and copper foil, cleaning the reduced graphene oxide membrane, and drying to obtain the self-protecting reduced graphene oxide membrane, (d) soaking reduced graphene oxide membranes in 0.02-0.02 wt.% HAuCl4x x H 2 O solution for 12-24 hours, cleaning and dry to obtain a self support aluminum oxide /reduced graphene oxide membrane for anode-free batteries. USE - The method is useful for preparing self-supporting gold/reduced graphene oxide composite film for anode-free batteries used in electric automobile and renewable energy system. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: does not need to grind and blend with the agglomerant; avoids negative influence caused by adhesive to the battery circulation performance; and solves the technical problem of dendritic crystal growth of the surface of the current collector in the circulation process of the battery; and is prepared by uniformly anchoring the lithium-philic aluminum nano-particles into the rGO film self-assembled in situ, which can be used for non-negative electrode battery modified copper foil current collector.
