▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photocurable composite resin comprises either: 10-98 wt.% metal particles to improve the thermal conductivity of photocurable resins for additive containing sterling silver, copper (common), gold, aluminum, tungsten, hexagonal brass, nickel, iron, platinum, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, lead, and stainless steel, ceramic particles containing amorphous silicon dioxide, crystalline silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride or silicon carbide, and carbon-based particles containing diamond, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon nanotubes and/or graphene; and (b) 0.1-10 wt.% dispersion stabilizer with excellent affinity for each particle; or (i) 5-90 wt.% phenol novolac resin containing substituted tricyclic compound (I) and having weight average molecular weight of 800-2500 g/mol to improve the heat distortion temperature of photocurable resin. USE - The photocurable resin is useful in preparation of additive for molding carbon fiber prepreg, and fiber-reinforced plastic molded product. ADVANTAGE - The photocurable resin has stable surface smoothness against temperature change, excellent smoothness because the surface is not affected by temperature change, improved thermal conductivity, improved ease of molding application, releasability, excellent thermal conductivity, shortens the molding time of carbon fiber prepreg, is possible to press molding because of its high heat distortion temperature, provides a fiber-reinforced plastic molded product with a large allowable range of warpage and deformation amount, suppress occurrence of surface blisters in hot water resistance, and enables crack prevention of the surface layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photocurable composite resin comprises either: 10-98 wt.% metal particles to improve the thermal conductivity of photocurable resins for additive containing sterling silver, copper (common), gold, aluminum, tungsten, hexagonal brass, nickel, iron, platinum, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, lead, and stainless steel, ceramic particles containing amorphous silicon dioxide, crystalline silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, magnesium oxide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum nitride or silicon carbide, and carbon-based particles containing diamond, carbon fiber, graphite, carbon nanotubes and/or graphene; and (b) 0.1-10 wt.% dispersion stabilizer with excellent affinity for each particle; or (i) 5-90 wt.% phenol novolac resin containing substituted tricyclic compound of formula (I) and having weight average molecular weight of 800-2500 g/mol to improve the heat distortion temperature of photocurable resin. n=0-5; R=-CH -, -C(CH ) -, -C=O-, -C H -, -O=S=O-, -CH(C H OH)-; and R1=reactive functional group i.e. epoxy, acryl, or methacryl.
