NOVELTY - A graphene photocurable conductive resin comprises 50-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 50-60 pts. wt. methacrylic acid, 2-6 pts. wt. aminopolyethylene glycol, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. doped polyaniline, 2-4 pts. wt. isocyanate, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium aminoethanesulfonate, 1-4 pts. wt. adipic acid, 3-8 pts. wt. reactive diluent, 0.5-1 pt. wt. catalyst, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 0.8-1.4 pt. wt. antioxidant and 40-60 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Graphene photocurable conductive resin used for coating and adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene photocurable conductive resin has excellent electrical conductivity and uniform distribution of conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene photocurable conductive resin, which involves (S1) adding epoxy resin to reaction vessel, heating at 90-100 degrees C, stirring at 500-600 rpm, dripping mixture of methacrylic acid and portion of aminopolyethylene glycol for 40-50 minutes, (S2) adding adipic acid for 20-25 minutes, adding catalyst, polymerization inhibitor and antioxidant, stirring for 80-90 minutes, warming up to 110-120 degrees C, adding reactive diluent, continuously stirring for 25-35 minutes, stop stirring, cooling to 75-80 degrees C to obtain mixed material (1), (S3) dispersing graphene in solvent, stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 30-35 minutes, ultrasonically oscillating for 20-25 minutes, (S4) transferring graphene-dispersed solution to stirring vessel, stirring at 500-800 rpm, adding remaining aminopolyethylene glycol, warming up to 70-80 degrees C, adding sodium aminoethanesulfonate and doped polyaniline, stirring for 20-25 minutes, heating at 130-160 degrees C, refluxing for 90-120 minutes, cooling, filtering, washing and drying to obtain mixed material (2), (S5) adding mixed material (1) and mixed material (2), dissolving in solvent, adding isocyanate, warming up to 80-90 degrees C and stirring at 600-700 rpm for 80-100 minutes to obtain final product.
