NOVELTY - Seed crystal adhesive comprises an adhesive and graphene. USE - Seed crystal adhesive used for seed crystal bonding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - When the seed crystal adhesive is used for seed crystal bonding, then the graphene and the adhesive are cured by hot pressing and carbonized-graphite to form a three-dimensional conduction network structure, which endows the graphite paper with good thermal conductivity. The graphene has a large specific surface area, that fill the voids formed after the carbonization of the binder, and improves the density of the graphite paper, and further improves thermal conductivity of the graphite paper. The three-dimensional conductive network structure avoids the excessively fast pyrolysis of the adhesive during the crystal growth process, and solves the problems of thermal decomposition cavities and hexagonal voids in the crystals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a seed crystal bonding method, which involves: coating glue on two sides of the graphite paper, bonding portion of the graphite circular plate and the portion of the seed crystal needing. The glue-coated graphite paper and the glue-coated seed crystals are sequentially placed on the surface of the graphite circular plate coated with the glue, and sequentially performed desolventizing, hot-pressing curing, carbonization and graphitization on the obtained semifinished product. The glue is the seed crystal bonding glue.
