NOVELTY - Three-in-one metal surface treatment agent comprises 3-6 pts. wt. oxalic acid, 4-6 pts. wt. lauryl phosphate, 1-5 pts. wt. polyol phosphate, 1-4 pts. wt. citrate, 0.5-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 0.2-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, and 0.21-0.35 pts. wt. water-based polypropylene emulsion. The surface treatment agent further comprises 2-6 pts. wt. metal additives, and tin ion source. The metal additives is a material capable of providing nickel ions, manganese ions and/or calcium ions, preferably nitrates or acetates of the metal ions. The tin ion source is tin nitrate, tin acetate, and/or tin sulfate. USE - The surface treating agent is useful in metal surface treatment technology field for improving corrosion resistance of the surface of the metal substrate. ADVANTAGE - The surface treatment agent is different from the traditional phosphating technology, combines oil removal, rust removal, and rust prevention into one step, simplifies the steps of metal surface treatment, and has the advantages of compactness, high bonding strength, and good anti-corrosion performance in the protective film formed on the surface of the metal substrate.
