▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polymer-carbon nano-composite material oriented film comprises (i) mixing the graphene dispersion and pi -conjugated polymer dispersion and uniformly dispersing under the condition of ultrasonic conditions to obtain mixed material; (ii) spin coating the mixture on a silicon wafer to obtain a wet film, and placing the silicon wafer coated with the wet film in a magnetic field so that the plane, where the wet film is located is parallel to the direction of the magnetic field; and (iii) annealing the wet film. USE - The method is useful for polymer-carbon nano-composite material oriented film using strong magnetic means. ADVANTAGE - The method improves film mobility and parallel magnetic field direction mobility.
