NOVELTY - Producing high-reactivity high-energy graphene oxide based aluminum/copper oxide nanoparticle conjugate involves dispersing oxide graphene, aluminum nanoparticles and copper oxide nanoparticles in a solvent and mixing the dispersion of the copper oxide nanoparticles with the complex to form a nanoparticle binding body. The graphene oxide includes Al-O-C bridging between the graphene oxide and the aluminum nanoparticle and the content of the graphene oxide is 5-15 pts. wt. based on the total weight of the dispersion of the graphene oxide.
