NOVELTY - The display has a substrate (1), and a set of sub-pixels (300) arranged on the substrate. Each of the sub-pixels has a color selection reflector such as Fabry-Perot optical filter, and an optical shutter is arranged on the color selection reflector. An emissive device (30) i.e. organic light emitting device, is arranged on the optical shutter. The emission device is arranged with a cathode (36) and an anode (32). The cathode and anode comprise a carbon-based material including graphene sheets, graphene flakes, and graphene platelets, and a binary or ternary transparent conductive oxide. USE - Dual mode display for use in a mobile phone, TV and monitor. ADVANTAGE - The cathode and anode comprises the carbon-based material including graphene sheets, graphene flakes, and graphene platelets, and the binary or ternary transparent conductive oxide, thus providing improved picture quality regardless of external environment, and improving color reproducibility and light emission efficiency using a material having low reflectance and high transmittance in the anode and the cathode.
