▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nanocomposite comprises several graphene layers and 9,9'-dioctyl fluorine-alt-bithiophene polymer. USE - Nanocomposite is used in coating of device e.g. LED device (all claimed), solar cells, field-effect transistors, LEDs, super capacitors, fuel cells, sensors and actuators. ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite is homogeneous, non-defective and continuous. The presence of graphene layers in the nanocomposite improves the electron transport properties of the nanocomposite and induces a favorable shift in balance of electron and hole injection towards the center of emissive zone allowing an efficient recombination of electrical charges in the luminescent chromospheres. The graphene layers used in the composite is economical and reproducible with uniform size and thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) device; (2) manufacture of the device; and (3) preparation of several graphene layers.
