▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Large pipe diameter inner coated composite hydrophobic coating and preparation process, where the composite hydrophobic coating comprises 10-30 wt.% PTFE, 20-40 wt.% other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, 1-10 wt.% inorganic nanoparticles, 0.5-2 wt.% additive agent, 2-10 wt.% additive and remaining water. The preparation process of the composite hydrophobic coating includes: (a) preparation of modified composite hydrophobic coating by adding PTFE, other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, inorganic nanoparticles, additive agent, additives, and water in batches, and performing strong stirring or ultrasonic vibration to obtain modified composite hydrophobic coatings, and further adding the inorganic particles and solid additives in a dispersed form, (b) filtering by after mixing the multi-dimensional composite coating, leaving still for no less than 10 hours, and filtering the coating with gauze or a sieve, (c) preparation of composite hydrophobic. USE - The coating is used for on-site construction of large pipe diameter covered with hydrophobic coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has simple process, high hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Large pipe diameter inner coated composite hydrophobic coating and preparation process, where the composite hydrophobic coating comprises 10-30 wt.% PTFE, 20-40 wt.% other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, 1-10 wt.% inorganic nanoparticles, 0.5-2 wt.% additive agent, 2-10 wt.% additive and remaining water. The preparation process of the composite hydrophobic coating includes: (a) preparation of modified composite hydrophobic coating by adding PTFE, other aqueous fluorocarbon resins, inorganic nanoparticles, additive agent, additives, and water in batches, and performing strong stirring or ultrasonic vibration to obtain modified composite hydrophobic coatings, and further adding the inorganic particles and solid additives in a dispersed form, i.e. adding the inorganic nanoparticles in the form of being sieved by a sieve or sprayed from a nozzle with compressed gas as a dispersant, (b) filtering by after mixing the multi-dimensional composite coating, leaving it still for no less than 10 hours, and filtering the coating with gauze or a sieve, (c) preparation of composite hydrophobic coating by before using, keeping the modified composite hydrophobic coating at 25-50 degrees C for 0.2-1.5 hours, and coating, rolling, or spraying on the inner wall of the large diameter pipe, and (d) coating heat treatment by in the subsequent heat treatment device, covering the large pipe diameter with composite hydrophobic coating pipe fittings at 60-150 degrees C for 10-60 minutes.
