NOVELTY - The transition metal oxide nano-particles-containing nano-sheets are made of transition metal phthalocyanine as a metal source, graphene oxide as a template, hydrazine hydrate as a reducing agent and distilled water as a medium, and obtained by calcination. USE - Transition metal oxide nano-particles-containing nano-sheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-sheets have unique two-dimensional pleated nano-sheet structure, uniform and smaller size particle layout, and has excellent catalytic performance and excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing transition metal oxide nano-particles-containing nano-sheets, which involves (i) adding graphene oxide to distilled water, ultrasonically vibrating for 30-50 minutes, adding transition metal phthalocyanine, continuing ultrasonic vibration for 1-4 hours, (ii) then adding hydrazine hydrate, stirring at 10-50? for 1-2 hours, drying the resulting product by centrifugation at 80 degrees C, (iii) and then calcining at 300-600? in air or oxygen atmosphere under the conditions of constant temperature for 1-3 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, and obtaining nano-sheets composed of transition metal oxide nano-particles.
