▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a butyl rubber masterbatch involves (a) mixing graphene, butyl silicone rubber and an organic solvent to obtain a mixture, and (b) steam-drying the organic solvent in a roller dryer to obtain the final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing butyl rubber master batch useful in airtight field (claimed) as inner tube, air cushion and sealing ring. ADVANTAGE - The butyl rubber master batch: avoids the graphene of agglomeration in the rubber matrix; and provides the graphene-butyl rubber composite material with high gas barrier property and high thermal conductivity and air tightness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) butyl rubber master batch; (2) a graphene-butyl rubber composition, comprising a butyl rubber masterbatch, chloroprene rubber, a vulcanizing agent, a filler and a coupling agent; with respect to 100 pts. wt. butyl rubber masterbatch, the consumption of the chloroprene rubber is 0-8 pts. wt. , vulcanizing agent is 6-15 pts. wt., filler is 40-70 pts. wt., and coupling agent is 0.1-1 pts. wt.; (3) preparing the graphene-butyl rubber composition comprising (i) mixing the butyl rubber masterbatch and the chloroprene rubber for one stage, adding filler, after the coupling agent, mixing the optional softening agent, the optional vulcanization accelerator and the optional stearic acid in two stages, and discharging the rubber to obtain the mixed rubber, and (ii) mixing the mixed rubber and the vulcanizing agent in three stages, and obtaining the final rubber by removing the rubber; and (4) a graphene-butyl rubber composite material, obtained by vulcanization of the graphene-butyl rubber composition at a temperature of 180-205degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes.
