NOVELTY - A thin film type solid electrolyte comprises inorganic powder, high molecular polymer and lithium salt. USE - Thin film type solid electrolyte for battery (claimed) e.g. solid-state lithium-ion battery, used for portable device, electric vehicle, mobile phone, portable computer, intelligent wearing and passenger car. ADVANTAGE - Since there is no liquid material inside the battery, the polymer diaphragm material is completely replaced by electrolyte, and the interface problem between the layers is solved by the in-situ assembly method, thereby reducing the internal resistance of the battery, and the solid electrolyte is utilized as intermediate. The safety characteristics of the battery under high energy density are improved, and the generation of lithium dendrites is prevented, thereby greatly improving the safety hazard of the battery during use. Since graphene films and carbon nanotube films are utilized as current collector materials, flexible operations such as folding and bending are enabled.
