NOVELTY - Fertilization method integrating water and fertilizer for facility cultivation comprises fertilizing water-soluble fertilizer through a drip irrigation pipe network, where the preparation method of the water-soluble fertilizer comprises (i) pulverizing the agricultural and forestry organic waste to a particle size of not more than 2 mm, adding water to adjust the solid content to 10-20%, adjusting the pH value to 6-9, adjusting C/N to (20-30): 1, adding fermentation to adjust agent, stirring evenly and allowing to stand to obtain fermentation raw materials, (ii) adding the first compound bacterial species to the fermentation raw material and carrying out the first aerobic fermentation, (iii) adding the second composite bacterial species to the first fermentation liquid and carrying out the second aerobic fermentation under gas supply conditions, and (iv) adding the third compound bacterial classification after the fermentation broth is aerated and culturing for 3-5 days.
