NOVELTY - Graphene-modified high-efficiency heat conduction heat source floor heating pipe fitting has 50-70 pts. wt. polyethylene plastic particles, 6-10 pts. wt. antibacterial masterbatch, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene functional masterbatch and 10-15 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, where the graphene modified high-efficiency heat conduction heat source floor heating pipe fitting is prepared by (a) pouring polyethylene plastic particles, antibacterial masterbatch and graphene functional masterbatch to feeding box (15) of processing equipment, using third motor for driving drive rod for rotating based on processing caliber of pipe, using drive rod for driving conveyor belt (13) to move, starting first motor (11) for driving rotating rod, and using rotating rod for driving rotating plate to rotate, and starting pump portion on side of water storage tank (3), and using feed rod for removing cooled floor heating pipe fittings.
