NOVELTY - Neodymium-iron-boron super-fine powder sintered material box comprises 50-100 pts. wt. corundum, 20-30 pts. wt. alumina, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene 3-6 pts. wt. silicon carbide, 1-3 pts. wt. camphene, 5-15 pts. wt. liquid phenolic resin, 3-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and 15-30 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol. USE - Neodymium-iron-boron super-fine powder sintered material box. ADVANTAGE - The neodymium-iron-boron super-fine powder sintered material box is cost-effective, high temperature resistant, and has stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing neodymium-iron-boron super-fine powder sintered material box, which involves: (A) grinding corundum and alumina to powder of 200-500 meshes; (B) adding corundum, alumina, graphene, silicon carbide, camphene and antioxidant to high-speed mixer; (C) stirring at a speed of 1800-2000 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes; (D) adding anhydrous ethanol, liquid phenolic resin and silane coupling agent in reaction kettle and stirring at constant temperature of 70-80 degrees C at a speed of 150-250 revolutions per minute for 25-30 minutes; (E) adding the obtained mixture to reaction kettle at 70-80 degrees C; (F) injecting mixture into the mold and molding mixture by pressure molding for 24 hours; and (G) drying mixture at 20-30 degrees C and then sintering in electric heating kiln at 50-65 degrees C for 10-20 hours to obtain product.
