▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-added automotive catalyst coating slurry comprises 0.1-2 %mass graphene which is added to a catalyst coating slurry. USE - Graphene-added catalyst slurry is used for preparing coating (claimed) for automotive. ADVANTAGE - The specific surface area of the coating prepared using the graphene-added catalyst slurry is increased by 30%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of graphene-added automotive catalyst coating slurry, which involves mixing 10-40 %mass cerium-zirconium composite material, 10-60 %mass modified alumina and 20-40 %mass, adding predetermined amount of water, stirring for 2-8 hours, adding a nitrate solution of noble metal to the obtained mixture, mixing for 2-5 hours, adding aluminum glue, mixing for 2-4 hours, adding graphene powder to the mixed solution, and adjusting solid content of the catalyst coating slurry to 25-35%. The catalyst coating slurry contains 1-2 wt.% nitrate of noble metal including palladium and rhodium in a molar ratio of 5:1. The amount of aluminum glue in the catalyst coating slurry is 5-10 %mass. The content of graphene in the catalyst coating slurry is 0.1-2 %mass; and (2) preparation of graphene-added catalyst coating, which involves spraying the catalyst coating slurry on a honeycomb ceramic carrier, drying the honeycomb ceramic carrier at 60-120 degrees C, and calcining at 400-600 degrees C for 2-5 hours.
