NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation film comprises orderly stacked substrate layer, an electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation functional layer, and a thermoconductive adhesive layer. The total mass of the electromagnetic shielding and functional layer is 100%. The electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation functional layer comprises 10-45% carbon nanotubes, 0-5% graphene, and remaining resin. The carbon nanotubes have tube length of 100-500 microns. USE - Carbon nanotube electromagnetic shielding and heat-dissipating film. ADVANTAGE - The film has improved electroconductivity, and heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of film, which involves mixing a preset amount of carbon nanotubes, graphene, and a resin in a solvent to obtain a mixture, roller grinding the mixture to obtain a ground product, obtaining a curing agent, adding the curing agent to the ground product and mixing uniformly, then coating the substrate on the substrate layer, obtaining an functional layer on the substrate layer after drying, obtaining a thermoconductive adhesive, forming a thermoconductive adhesive layer on the other surface of the functional layer away from the substrate layer to obtain carbon nanotubes electromagnetic shielding thermal film.
