NOVELTY - Preparation of water-based epoxy organosilicone paint, involves adding a portion of solvent to mobile basin, and then adding a portion of neutralizer, stabilizer and modifier, stirring, adding graphene, to obtain a stable semi-finished product of graphene, mixing water-based epoxy silicone resin, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, filler, cosolvent and remaining solvent and neutralizing agent and stirring, then adding semi-finished product of graphene, to obtain main agent of water-based epoxy silicone graphene paint, and packing curing agent for curing paint. USE - Preparation of water-based epoxy organosilicone paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The production cost is reduced and conductive effect is excellent. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of water-based epoxy organosilicone paint, involves adding a portion of solvent to mobile basin, and then adding a portion of neutralizer, stabilizer and modifier, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 0.5 hour, then adding graphene, and stirring the mixture for 0.5 hour or more, to obtain a stable semi-finished product of graphene, mixing water-based epoxy silicone resin, dispersant, leveling agent, defoamer, filler, cosolvent and remaining solvent and neutralizing agent and stirring at 800-1000 rpm for 0.5-1 hours, then adding semi-finished product of graphene in prepared aqueous solution, and stirring for 1 hour, to obtain main agent of water-based epoxy silicone graphene paint, and packing curing agent for curing water-based epoxy silicone graphene paint.
