NOVELTY - Preparing doped graphene by supercritical fluid method comprising preparing graphene oxide, using graphite adding strong oxidizing acid and nitrate mixture, mixing, adding strong oxidizing agent containing potassium, heating, stirring, adding water, heating, adding water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring, washing using deionized water, removing ions from the system, collecting solid and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide, preparing doped graphene, adding graphene and active polytetrafluoroethylene, dopant, mixing, sealing, placing in an autoclave and injecting supercritical fluid. USE - The doped graphene is used in lithium ion batteries and super capacitor electrode materials fuel cell oxygen reduction catalysts and energy battery materials. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and economical, has no toxicity or discharge of solvent. The doped graphene has excellent electrochemical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing doped graphene by supercritical fluid method comprising (i) preparing graphene oxide, using graphite adding strong oxidizing acid and nitrate mixture, mixing, adding strong oxidizing agent containing potassium, heating to 35-40 degrees C, stirring for 4-12 hours, adding water, heating at 60-80 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, adding water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring, washing using deionized water, removing ions from the system, collecting solid and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide, (ii) preparing doped graphene, adding graphene and active polytetrafluoroethylene, and dopant, mixing, sealing, placing in an autoclave, injecting supercritical fluid, adjusting temperature to 100-260 degrees C and pressure to 5-30 MPa, using supercritical fluid to reach supercritical state, reacting for 1-24 hours, stirring using magnetic stirrer, discouraging deflated valve and removing to obtain the product.
