▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Antistatic masterbatch comprises resin carrier and conductive active component compounded with resin carrier, where the resin carrier is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the conductive active component comprises modified graphene-loaded poly-N-methylpyrrole gel and polyethylene glycol in mass ratio of 1:(1-4). USE - The antistatic masterbatch is useful for plastics and plastic film (claimed), and in electronic appliance field and development of macromolecule material technology industry. ADVANTAGE - The master batch: has good dimensional stability, excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance, high efficacy, stable antistatic effect; is environmental friendly; and has good surface gloss and has good application prospect in development of polymer material technology industry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing antistatic master batch, comprises (i) preparing materials including 10-40 wt.% conductive active components, 0.1-0.5 wt.% peroxide, and resin carriers (balance), and (ii) adding each component obtained in step (i) into twin-screw extruder, melting and blending at 110-130degrees Celsius, and extruding and granulating to obtain antistatic masterbatch. (2) plastic film, comprising 5-15 pts. wt. antistatic master batches, 100 pts. wt. PC resins, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber, 1-3 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 1-2 pts. wt. heat stabilizer. (3) preparing plastic film, comprising firstly drying PC resin at 120-130degrees Celsius to make its moisture content less than or equal to0.05%, and adding components to high-speed mixer based on proportions for mixing to obtain uniform mixture, then adding mixture to twin-screw extruder for melt blending, extruding and granulating to obtain plastic film, where the temperature of high-speed mixer is 150-160degrees Celsius, and the time of mixing treatment is 10-20 minutes, and the process parameters of twin-screw extruder includes the temperature of first zone is 170-190degrees Celsius, the temperature of second zone is 215-230degrees Celsius, and the temperature of third zone, the fourth zone and fifth zone is 235-250degrees Celsius, the temperature of six zones is 215-230degrees Celsius, the die temperature is 250-260degrees Celsius, and the screw speed is 200-600 revolutions/minutes .
