▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of photocatalytic composite film involves soaking a clean quartz substrate in a polyethyleneimine solution, removing, obtaining a positively charged quartz substrate, soaking resultant substrate in the graphene oxide solution and titanium dioxide dispersion, removing, washing, obtaining a quartz sheet with oxidized graphene and titanium dioxide composite film, repeating formation of the composite film until predetermined thickness of the coating film is achieved, reducing resultant product using hydrazine hydrate, treating using rhodamine B solution and irradiating using UV. USE - Preparation of photocatalytic composite film used for photocatalytic degradation of organic dye and large-scale sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of photocatalytic composite film having excellent photocatalytic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of photocatalytic composite film involves dispersing P25-grade titanium dioxide in hydrochloric acid solution having pH of 2, ultrasonically treating resultant mixture for 20-60 minutes, obtaining a positively charged titanium dioxide dispersion, preparing a graphene oxide solution by ultrasonically treating oxidized graphene obtained by Hummer's method, soaking a clean quartz substrate in a polyethyleneimine solution for 30-60 minutes, removing, obtaining a positively charged quartz substrate, soaking resultant substrate in the graphene oxide solution and titanium dioxide dispersion, removing, washing using deionized water, obtaining a quartz sheet with oxidized graphene and titanium dioxide composite film, repeating formation of the composite film until predetermined thickness of the coating film is achieved, reducing resultant product by processing using hydrazine hydrate at 120 degrees C for 2 hours, providing resultant product in a reactor in direction parallel to flow direction, adding rhodamine B treatment solution having concentration of 10 mg/L, and irradiating using UV for 20-40 minutes.
