NOVELTY - Processing of rice seed comprises selecting full grain and no damage seed, naturally drying to 12-14 wt.%, and UV-sterilizing under sealed condition at 20-25 degrees C to obtain sterile seed; placing aseptic seed in soaking liquid comprising 2-15 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution and 0.01-0.07 wt.% potassium nitrate at 13-17 degrees C, soaking for 5-8 days, and heating at 25-32 degrees C with 0.001-0.01 wt.% graphene oxide germinating agent for 15-25 hours to breast-breaking white; and adding chemosterilants at 20-25 degrees C for 3-7 days, cooling at 15-20 degrees C, and spraying at 0.1-1.5 wt.% growth inhibitor for 5-10 days. USE - Method for processing rice seed (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases seed germination rate and seedling.
