▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing fluorescent graphene quantum dot powder, involves (a) dissolving thiourea in water, adding 1,3,6-trinitropyrene, ultrasonically treating for uniformly mixing, and performing hydrothermal reaction, (b) after performing hydrothermal reaction, cooling reaction solution to room temperature, performing suction filtration, and dialyzing with dialysis bag, (c) dissolving melamine and paraformaldehyde in water, uniformly mixing with graphene quantum dot solution obtained outside the dialysis bag in step (b), and heating in magnetic stirring water bath to obtain graphene quantum dot microsphere, and (d) drying obtained graphene quantum dot microspheres to obtain green fluorescent graphene quantum dot powder. USE - The method is used for preparing fluorescent graphene quantum dot powder useful in preparation of LED device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to prepare prepolymer, directly prepares the solid graphene quantum dots by one-pot method, is simple, and shortens the preparation time, and the prepared fluorescent graphene quantum dot powder is environmentally-friendly, and has excellent fluorescence efficiency.
