▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphite is oxidized to obtain oxidated graphite. The oxidized graphite is dispersed in a solvent (21), and oxidized graphite is peeled in layered form to obtain suspension liquid (12). A thin film of cation material (10) is formed on a substrate (11). The substrate is immersed in suspension liquid. By the electrostatic force by positive charge of cation material and negative charge of oxidated graphene, an oxidated graphene thin film is formed by adsorbing oxidated graphene to cation material. The oxidated graphene thin film is reduced to obtain graphene thin film. USE - Manufacture of graphene thin film used as transparent conductive film of solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thin film having large area and controlled film thickness is manufactured, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite is oxidized to obtain oxidated graphite. The oxidized graphite is dispersed in a solvent, and oxidized graphite is peeled in layered form to obtain suspension liquid comprising oxidated graphene. A thin film of cation material is formed on a substrate, and the substrate surface is positively charged. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view explaining the formation of oxidated graphene thin film on substrate.
