▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Microwave solvent heating method synthesized polypyrrole-hemin-reduced graphene oxide ternary complex material comprises 10.8-19.6% hemin, 33.3-60.2% graphite oxide, and 20.2-55.9% polypyrrole. USE - Used as microwave solvent heating method synthesized polypyrrole-hemin-reduced graphene oxide ternary complex material. ADVANTAGE - The method assures uniform heating, has short processing period, has utilization rate, is simple and environmentally friendly, and is suitable for large scale production. The complex material contains enzyme active center hemin which to overcomes the defect of traditional biological enzyme for external environment condition according to the harsh requirement of temperature, and pH value, can greatly increase the valid area of a modified material and accelerates the electric transmission between surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing microwave solvent heating method synthesized polypyrrole-hemin-reduced graphene oxide ternary complex material, comprising dispersing graphite oxide/hemin in the solvent as precursor, then adding pyrrole monomer, and using microwave heating and polymerization, where the method specifically comprises (i) adding graphite oxide colloid in alcohol-water mixed solvent, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain homogeneous graphite oxide suspension, (ii) completely dissolving hemin in aqueous ammonia and mixing with step (i) obtained graphite oxide suspension, long time stirring to fully adsorb, (iii) adding pyrrole monomer into the step (ii) obtained mixed system, then magnetically stirring to make the dispersion uniform, (iv) transferring the mixed solution into a microwave reaction tank and subjecting for microwave heating reaction, and (v) centrifugally separating the step (iv) obtained product, washing using alcohol to obtain complex material.
