NOVELTY - Controlling shape of graphene domain, comprises (a) disposing a copper foil in reaction chamber, (b) heating the chamber under reduced atmospheric temperature containing hydrogen for graphene growth, (c) forming a graphene domain by supplying carbon source by maintaining temperature and pressure, and (d) cooling the reaction chamber. The graphene domain is obtained by adjusting growth temperature, pressure or hydrogen partial pressure relative to the carbon source. USE - The graphene domain is useful in electric devices, display devices, secondary batteries, and semiconductors. ADVANTAGE - The method produces various shaped graphene domain.
