NOVELTY - Stable lubricating oil comprises mineral base oil, graphene, benzotriazole derivative deactivator, antioxidant and anti-adhesive agent, polymethacrylate viscosity index improver, vinyl bis stearamide dispersant, polyphenylmethyl anti-foaming agent, sulfurized isobutylene anti-wear agent, dibutylhydroxytoluene antioxidant, diisooctyldiphenylamine antiseptic, heating mineral base oil, mixing graphene, benzotriazole derivative deactivator, anti-oxidation anti-adhesive agent, polymethacrylate viscosity index improver, vinyl bis-stearamide dispersant, polybenzyl anti-foaming agent, vulcanized isobutylene anti-wear agent, dibutylhydroxytoluene antioxidant, and diisooctyldiphenylamine antiseptic, while stirring uniformly, mixing mineral base oil with the material obtained by stirring, heating, shearing resulting mixture by high speed shear dispersing mill for 30-60 minutes, and control the degradation temperature to get the required lubricant at 40-50 degrees C. USE - The stable lubricating oil is useful for large machine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Stable lubricating oil comprises 100-150 pts. wt. mineral base oil, 8-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.08-1.2 pts. wt. benzotriazole derivative deactivator, 0.05-1 pts. wt. antioxidant and anti-adhesive agent, 3-6 pts. wt. polymethacrylate viscosity index improver, 4-7 pts. wt. vinyl bis stearamide dispersant, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. polyphenylmethyl anti-foaming agent, 1-4 pts. wt. sulfurized isobutylene anti-wear agent, 2-6 pts. wt. dibutylhydroxytoluene antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. diisooctyldiphenylamine antiseptic, heating mineral base oil to 55-65 degrees C, mixing graphene, benzotriazole derivative deactivator, anti-oxidation anti-adhesive agent, polymethacrylate viscosity index improver, vinyl bis-stearamide dispersant, polybenzyl anti-foaming agent, vulcanized isobutylene anti-wear agent, dibutylhydroxytoluene antioxidant, and diisooctyldiphenylamine antiseptic, while stirring uniformly for 20-40 minutes, mixing mineral base oil with the material obtained by stirring, heating to 100-120 degrees C while stirring uniformly, shearing resulting mixture by high speed shear dispersing mill for 30-60 minutes, and control the degradation temperature to get the required lubricant at 40-50 degrees C.
