NOVELTY - Method for preparing structured solid acid catalyst by ultrasonic coupling microwave, which involves: i. immersing porous material carrier with microwave absorption performance in the solution of active components heteropolyacid, heteropolyacid salt, zirconia, tungsten oxide and niobium oxide, and the cavitation of ultrasonic waves is used to promote the above active components to be loaded on the carrier inside the tunnel, after that, the impregnated carrier is dried in a microwave oven, and the microwave absorption properties of the porous material carrier and the transition metal oxide are used to quickly remove moisture, and the active components of heteropolyacid, heteropolyacid salt, zirconia are uniform, distribution of tungsten oxide and niobium oxide nanoparticles in porous material supports. USE - Method for preparing structured solid acid catalyst used for preparing ethyl lactate.
