▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing low-pressure, high-flux anti-pollution hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane involves (a) soaking hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane in deionized water, and drying the membrane, (b) preparing aqueous phase solution by adding graphene oxide, piperazine, surfactant, acid-binding agent and pH regulator into deionized water, stirring solution and adjusting pH, and (c) dissolving trimesoyl chloride in organic solvent, soaking the membrane in aqueous phase solution and trimesoyl chloride solution, and soaking and storing the membrane in pure water. USE - The method is useful for preparing low-pressure, high-flux anti-pollution hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves high salt and divalent ion rejection property of the hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing low-pressure, high-flux anti-pollution hollow fiber nanofiltration membrane involves (a) soaking hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane having molecular weight cut-off of 5000-40000 Da in deionized water for 12-48 hours, and drying the membrane, (b) preparing aqueous phase solution by adding 0.01-5 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.2-5 wt.% piperazine, 0.05-5 wt.% surfactant, 0.5-10 wt.% acid-binding agent and pH regulator into deionized water, stirring solution and adjusting pH to 7-12, where concentration of piperazine in the aqueous phase solution is 0.2-5%, and (c) dissolving 0.01-5% trimesoyl chloride in organic solvent, soaking the membrane in aqueous phase solution for 0.5-40 minutes, and in trimesoyl chloride solution for 10-500 seconds, and soaking and storing the membrane in pure water.
